  Not impressed. Most of the products are available far cheaper elsewhere under different brand names, for instance dremel 3000 engraving tips fit the silver bullet engraver and are a third of the price. What is more, dremel is a household name with a proven track record, and they offer support to their customers. Cricut, roland vinyl or graphtec vinyl blades appear to be the same quality as those offered by thyme graphics, while at a fraction of the cost. I'm sure the same is true for most if not all the silver bullet and black cat tools and tool holders. There is little to no support available to learn the machine if you got a second hand bargain, as I did, because you have to have spend a minimum of £350.00 at thyme graphics to get full forum membership where newbie questions might be answered, or pay an astonishing £150.00 to transfer the warranty! Then, and only then, will you receive any guidance on how to use your machine. I 'only' spent £250.00 so do not qualify for support! The manuals are pretty useless, stating the obvious but little more. The company refuses even to give guidelines for which settings to use on various materials, claiming there are too many variables. Surely they could pick a few standard papers, fabrics, plastics etc and give people a starting point so they can at least try a few things? I repeatedly asked for some information to set me off in the right direction, and met with a wall of resistance that left me wishing I had purchased from a reputable company who wanted their customers to be able to use their machines! Dealing with this company really sapped the enthusiasm out of me.
