It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to get me in the chair. From the moment I sat down, Bryson was just standing around talking to staff for 45 minutes!
Olivia - what can I say. Should not even be near a pair of scissors. Rude. Disrespectful. Olivia is living proof anyone can become a hair dressers.
Wayne - anything that came out of his mouth was insulting. Don't expect a decent hair cut either.
The only good thing that came out of that "so called business was Jake and Emily.
Jake - top hairdresser. Really takes his time and has tons of passion in his work. It's a shame he is working for these muppets.
Emily - from what I saw of her - really
Nice girl. passionante in her work. If it wasn't for Jake and Emily I would of wrapped up there months ago.
Overall - Olivia and Bryson...hand the keys over to Jake and move on.
