  carpets never turned up, i was told its a supplier issue and kept getting fobbed off. plus i was encouraged by staff to ask for a refund of which i am still waiting for ten days after i went into the shop, i am not the only one to have my time wasted and i have had to go elsewhere to purchase carpets
  I ordered them xmas week and they could not give me any answers when they the carpets will arrive, now i just been told to email area manager and he referred me back to the shop
  It is now two weeks on and none of the area managers will answer my emails as to when i will be getting my refund, i was told i will just have to wait by the shop assistant, it sounds like a scam so i have instructed my solicitor to press forward with it
  i should have been realised when the carpet fitter came out in December to measure up and he said he does not like working for them as they do not pay him.
  Do not buy anything from this store or any other its a scam, read all reviews as they are taking orders and not refunding money they are going bankrupt

  Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! Still waiting on our refund for our flooring. (Never arrived after 6 weeks) The staff just repeatly lied to our faces. This company has obviously has severe financial issues, Day light robbery. Good job I paid on a credit card. How they are still trading I have no idea!!! Don’t make the same mistake as me!
