  Just no really just no this branch is a proper shambles the manager is aggressive and doest take no for answer he needs to be fired for his behaviour towards the customer he speaks down to them and changes prices to gain the highest price. the office smells like smoke and the cars are nasty the cars might aswell of been washed with mud.

  Had to pay roaming charge to call the company for pick up. They don't have a base at the airport. Warning overseas user DO NOT USE THIS if you are not prepared to pay for ROAMING CALLS at your own expense. I stood in the cold beside the road, with strong wind blowing (thank God there was no rain/snow) waiting to be picked up.
  
  This company charged me for early drop off of the car another £20. This was not on the contract when booked. This is clearly a fraud! I was asked to sign if I was happy with the extra charge. (I can't believe I am forced to pay this and asked if I'm happy to be charge extra as if I've been given a choice, what a joke!!)
  
  The document for checking the car before I drive off said full tank, but when started the car, it is not full tank thus have the contract check amended again. I was getting worried at this point thus checked all over the car for any scratches and have them fully documented. (and there was a few extra smaller scratches, and thankfully have all of them documented before driving off the car). (last time I was with Budget car rental was charged £500 for something that was already there before drove off, as it was only verbally told to the budget rental and not documented on their "document checks".)
  
  The staff whom picked me up was very nice. He tried to help by reducing early drop off charge from £30 to £20. No problem with the staff member. Very helpful.
  
  The booking was done directly via Ryan Air website and there was no prompts to warn of above issues
  1.) off site pick up thus user need to ring to be picked up.
  2.) The user will need to wait on the side road await to be picked up, risk of rain/snow at your own expense.
  3.) extra charge for early morning drop off.
  The booking system for easirent via ryanair is flawed to trap user for "cheaper booking" but ending up more expensive than other providers.
  
  I WOULD NOT use this company at all in the future. AVOID AT ALL COST.
