  We purchased a three shade pendant for our dining room and three led dimmable bulbs for it. The light came with three halogen bulbs but we wanted the led bulbs ( much more economic to run). Our electrician who we have used for 15 years and has 30 years experience fitted the lights and the led bulbs. The light was very bright , ok if you wanted to work under, but too bright for dining. As the bulbs were dimmable we asked the electrician if he could fit a dimmer switch. He went to his wholesale supplier who supplied him with a dimmer switch for led bulbs. He fitted the switch but as soon as he tried to dim them all three bulbs blew. The bulbs cost £27 so we returned to After Dark Lighting to explain the situation. We were met by a very very aggressive director who said it was the electricians fault and even an apprentice would know which dimmer switch to use. When I asked why he was being so aggressive towards us he said he was the one having to give a refund for the bulbs. When we purchased the light fitting the sales staff were very very helpful and we commented what excellent customer service but after today's experience ( for the sake of not more than £15 trade price of the three bulbs) the attitude of that director means we will not trade with them again or recommend them
