The staff are very welcoming and makes such a difference that they have an on site reception. Received a welcome card in my apartment on check in which had been closed with their wax seal - I so loved that! House keeping went above and beyond. Only 5 minute walk to Derby's best restaurants and a very good craft beer pub across the road. By the end of my stay I was sad to leave. It really felt like home.
