Went without booking and only had to wait around 10 minutes, He was professional and talkative which I like, and it came out looking 10X better, was expecting to pay much more than £10, will definitely be returning.

They invited me back to sort it out for me but after looking at it they refused to sort it and sent me home. Then I went to the other keiren mullen in intu centre to try and get my hair sorted and pay for it myself . But they refused me as I complained at the other salon. What a joke! Not only they ruined my hair but barred me from all the keiren mullens for complaining. But at the end they did me a favour as had my hair done at Alice Elizabeth on Saddler gate and they did an amazing job and we're really professional.
- Raminder Kaur Review added: 2018.04.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I showed a picture to one of the hairdressers of what I want. She did my hair no where near to the picture. Instead of rectifying the mistake they dumped a completely different colour on my head. The balayage was done wrong. It was more of an ombre! Due to the colour being wrong I went back to get it sorted. One of the workers called Rose or Rosie obviously had a problem with me going back so she decided to discuss me to her other colleagues, which was so unprofessional. The other colleague gave me stare. Second time round I'm still not happy with my hair. For something like balayage which I meant to look natural my hair looks more like a dip dye gone wrong. Amazed at how unprofessional the workers were. And just because I didn't want to pay they decided to do 'quick' fix. Instead colouring properly they quickly put my head in the sink and put the dye on whilst I sitting there. I've come home to find chunks of hair not dyed properly. Never going back again. What a waste of time, money and car park tickets!
